The role: The purpose of the Gender Adviser position is to lead and support the effective promotion of gender equality and non-discrimination across Oxfam’s Governance programmes. This will be done by working with the Governance project managers, our partners, networks and beneficiaries and other stakeholders by facilitating, coordinating, training and advocating on women’s rights and gender equality issues.
