Women's Month 2020: Celebrating the Achievements of Women Leaders

March is known as women’s month to commemorate the history of women's impact in the world and to raise awareness of issues women are facing worldwide. Women's month is an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on women's achievements, as well as the problems they have faced in the struggle for equality and the important role they continue to play in society. Oxfam is celebrating the achievements of women leaders that we work with across the country, from those taking on active roles in their communities to political representatives. We recognize and celebrate their many contributions to Myanmar.
